Love the offline mapping. Works great a reliably.

I love this app. It is my new to tote able planner. Nothing else Ive found lets you read about great places, Mark them on a map and instantly find them when you get to your destination. I no longer travel with a folder of ideas, a printed map or my saved notes list in my phone. Ulmon takes the place of all those resource in one easy to us app. Best travel app Ive ever used!!

Using this app while traveling abroad in Italy and it is a huge time saver! Easily navigate new cities and see what is around you. Get this app!

I dont have an overseas data plan so this app was a huge time- and money-saver. I could easily navigate out of being slightly lost at times and I loved being able to mark where Ive been as a trip journal on the fly. The map even helped me double-check my location on Czech hiking trails in countryside forests. Theres no way I would have had cell service there! Two issues that prevent me from giving 5 stars: 1) the search return order seems to be based on popularity not distance from you and I couldnt find a good way to filter results. I used the map location to see which were closest but it would be nice and key to be able to adjust search result lists. 2) The community comments werent very robust for the non-top hits in Vienna or Czech Republic.

If you ever get a SIM card when you travel you will not need this app. You can then log onto Google or Apple maps and get all the info you want and need. With a SIM you will also be able to search the internet. There are better off line map also. Then it is expensive!! Very expensive if you get In-App purchases. Secondly it looks like the users input all the information. This app is also not for trip planning, maybe spur of the moment.

I love the fact that this app works even when off line. Traveling around unfamiliar cities, its a comforting backup. It allows you to wander and discover without the concern of getting lost.

I love this app for planning my vacations and other trips.

Interesting app that takes a bit to get use to - great maps however and certainly an app everyone should have on a mobile device.

This app has been great for planning multi-destination travel. We actively use it daily to see what is nearby for places to eat and see. Suggestions: allow the ability to enter destinations/restaurants even if you dont have record of it. Allow sort by City or Town. Multi-destination travel through Umbria for example would make searching so much easier. I upgraded from Free but am not sure of the value to do so with these added features.

Just to be sure the developers keep working hard to add more features. However, so very pleased with what I get, couldnt help myself and went with 5. Love this app because I can plan my photography walks in places I travel to well ahead of time, then mark where Ive been for journaling, and even upload a photo to mark and remember locations. Still exploring all the features and uses of this most engaging and useful app. Great job!

I used this app all over Europe in November 2016 and it was great. Now its $20? That will teach me not to "update all". Worked great. Loved it. But not for $20. Ill just save maps on Google.

Does what it claims, and well.

Lets me save my favorite places, and works great for off-line walking directions in Spain. Cannot always find everything I want, but at times even finds places Google maps cant :-)

Venturing out on my own would have been unquestionable without this app! Easy to use, navigation to and from sites superb!

Essential for my Europe trips. Map feature is excellent. After a 6 hour train ride, got turned around in Prague and went the wrong way 3 times! Not for long, as the gps feature let showed I was in the wrong direction. Great info on sites, along with great blogger info. Indispensable!

These are invaluable tools when traveling abroad. Live the customization of your places to eat/tour etc. that can be used offline, keeping data useage down.

You can now have only one offline map. They dont tell you that. I cant even delete the one offline map I already have saved. You used to be able to save multiple city or regional maps for offline use and even save various landmarks. But the update in May 2016 DELETED my existing maps, and now I cant download the same ones again. They dont offer as many maps.

Have used many apps travel apps. Ulmon is the best. Amazing!

The only way to travel in any city, plus travel suggestions. Spot on for tourists!
